Shizzel has learned the art of pickling through decades and has been servicing as a wholesale pickle manufacturer for years now. Our nisori or gondi, or lasora pickle has been appreciated by people a lot. We buy fresh Indian cherries when they are grown and pickle them with pure spices, which we grind on our own and use only cold-pressed oil. We get lasora for only 2 months in a year, but when pickled, it lasts for a long time. An Indian thali is complete only when there is a pickle in it.
